I have a secondary residence in France, I would like to give it to my only daughter when I die, what are the tax consequences?
I am Swiss, and my husband is British, we live in Switzerland, what law may be applied to our matrimonial regime and/or our estate?
My husband, an Argentinian citizen, died and had made a will in Argentina, is this document valid in Switzerland?

International law is governed by several Regulations, including the European Inheritance Regulation, and in Switzerland by the Federal Code on Private International Law (CPIL). Special agreements between certain countries also exist, at European and international levels. The notary will have to analyze the applicable law in each individual case. If the foreign Law applies, it will be necessary to ensure that it is applicable in the country where the succession is opened.
