I have a secondary residence in France, I would like to give it to my only daughter when I die, what are the tax consequences?

I am Swiss, and my husband is British, we live in Switzerland, what law may be applied to our matrimonial regime and/or our estate?

My husband, an Argentinian citizen, died and had made a will in Argentina, is this document valid in Switzerland?
